My Eternal Memoirs support can help with account access, memoir content, subscription restoration, reports, and account deletion questions.

Open Settings and use the in-app Support or Report flows. Include the email address used for the account and a short description of the issue.

For subscription billing, users can also manage or cancel subscriptions from their App Store or Google Play account settings.
