Account Deletion

Users can delete their My Eternal Memoirs account directly inside the mobile app.

Open Settings, go to Account actions, choose Delete account, type the confirmation text, and confirm deletion.

After confirmation, the account is made unavailable immediately and a background process removes the account record, associated profile data, contacts, memoirs, messages, media, notifications, push tokens, subscription state, and authentication records. Large accounts can require additional background batches before deletion is complete.

Some limited information may be retained when required for content moderation, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legal claims. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel subscriptions through the applicable store account settings.

If the account cannot be accessed, submit a request at https://myeternalmemoirs.app/account-deletion or email support@appsketiers.com from the account email address. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before completing the request.
